Qualifications

• Coaching certification aligned with national/international standards is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching, education, team leadership, or people management.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a team.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop the coaching team to maintain high coaching standards.
• Manage coach schedules, class allocations, and manpower planning.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day center operations and administrative processes.
• Monitor class quality, coach performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for students, parents, and customers.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members in their professional development.
• Ensure adherence to safety, safeguarding, and operational standards.
