Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager for its Tangerang office. This role will act as the primary escalation point for high-volume clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure SLAs are met and client satisfaction remains high.

You will support the Business Development Manager in pricing, tender preparation, and quotation activities while monitoring KPI dashboards and driving revenue growth across existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, International Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, key account management or sales support within freight/logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for high-volume clients and coordinate cross-functional operations to ensure SLA compliance.
• Support the Business Development Manager in pricing structures, tenders, and quotations.
• Monitor KPI scorecards and prepare monthly business reviews for key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional business from existing accounts.
• Conduct regular customer visits and structured business reviews to strengthen relationships.
• Develop proactive account-retention strategies and coordinate solutions to client concerns.
