Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager for its Tangerang office. This role will act as the primary escalation point for high-volume clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure SLAs are met and client satisfaction remains high.

You will support the Business Development Manager in pricing, tender preparation, and quotation activities while monitoring KPI dashboards and driving revenue growth across existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, International Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, key account management or sales support within freight/logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, International Business, Communication Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in sales, key account management, or sales support within the freight forwarding or global logistics sector.
• Driver Licence: Not required.
• THR (Lebaran Allowance): 1 month of salary.
• Bonus or commission based on basic salary and company performance.
