Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) in Jakarta seeks a Key Account Officer to drive budgeted spending and strengthen relationships with outlets. The role focuses on evaluating spending, achieving 100% target fulfillment, and supporting business growth across assigned accounts.

You will design budgets, monitor expenditures, and visit outlets regularly, coordinating with Sales & Marketing to align strategies. Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Having 2–3 years of working experience as Key Account Officer.
• Good in communication skill and analytical thinking.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin could be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Cover account/outlet Key Account by evaluating and controlling spending to achieve 100% target fulfillment and support growth.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team; design budget spending for each account and monitor expenditures.
• Visit outlets regularly and establish good relationships with buyers; respond to account requests.

Job Description

A. Ensure the program runs well.
1.1 Controlling the program regularly
1.2 Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team
B. Designing a budget spending account
2.1 Create budget spending for each Account
2.2 Monitoring spending on each Account
2.3 Design breakdown target spending to avoid over budget
C. Ensure relationship with the account
3.1 Visiting outlets on a regular basis
3.2 Establish good relationship with Buyer
3.3 Responsive to Account Requests
D. Keeping intense communicative with buyer

Job Requirement

• Min Bachelor Degree in any field
• Having min 2 - 3 years of working experience as Key Account Officer
• Good in communication skill and analytical thinking
• Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin could be an advantages
• Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta
