Job summary

pt. softex indonesia seeks a Key Account Supervisor to oversee Modern Trade Channel relationships with Buyers and Store Managers across Indonesia. You will help plan and negotiate trading terms for each key account and ensure strong distribution.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar position, excellent communication, leadership, planning, and report-writing skills, and willingness to travel across Indonesia. You will monitor sales performance and drive promo execution with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in a Key Account Supervisor role for Modern Trade.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deal and build good relationships with Modern Trade Channel, Buyer, or Store Manager.
• Arrange and negotiate a business plan that involves trading terms for each key account in time.
• Visit Modern Trade Channels regularly to ensure product availability and distribution across key accounts.
• Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports of sales achievement in Modern Trade Channels.
• Develop effective promo plans and execute them with the team.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies and set targets; monitor team performance and motivate to reach targets.

Job description

• Deal and build good relationships with all Modern Trade Channel, Buyer, or Store Manager.
• Arrange and negotiate a business plan that involves trading terms for each key account in time.
• Have a regular visit to the Modern Trade Channel to check product availability as well as to make sure that product distribution/market to every key account is going well.
• To monitor, analyze, and prepare a report of sales achievement in Modern Trade Channels on a regular basis.
• Have an effective promo plan and excellent execution with good teamwork.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate sales strategies and set targets.
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach the target.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree of any major.
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Key Account Supervisor in managing Modern Trade Channel.
• Excellent in communication skills, sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Excellent in planning, analytical thinking, and problem solving, as well as report-writing skills.
• Willing to go on a business trip and be placed/rotated to other areas (throughout Indonesia).
