Adecco is representing a leading client in IT & Telecommunications, seeking a Key Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker) with strong connections within the Transportation sector in Jakarta. You will drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across ICT solutions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has up to 5 years in sales or account management, a solid Transportation network, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia

Adecco is representing one of our leading clients in the IT & Telecommunications industry in their search for a Key Account Manager (Mandarin Speaker) with strong connections within the Transportation sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the Transportation industry while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business success.

What will you do:

• Achieve sales, revenue, collection, and market share targets for assigned accounts.
• Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships to establish trust and drive business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, coordinate cross-functional resources, and successfully manage project execution.
• Manage commercial transactions, mitigate risks, and ensure the achievement of business objectives.
• Proactively develop new sales opportunities and support customers in expanding their market presence.
• Promote and sell the company's ICT and technology solutions to enterprise clients.

What we're looking for:

• Up to 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role within the IT, Telecommunications, or related industries.
• Strong network and existing relationships within the Transportation industry; exposure to Logistics and Manufacturing sectors is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of enterprise business processes and ICT solutions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, reporting, and business forecasting skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of engaging stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
• Prior experience selling similar ICT, telecommunications, or technology products will be an advantage.
