Job summary

Hebe Beauty Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead relationships with major retailers and drive growth in offline channels.

You will own annual strategic planning (JBP), monthly performance reviews, negotiate trading terms, ensure in-store excellence, and manage promotional budgets to boost sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in KA/Offline retail sales.
• Experience in personal care/cosmetics industries.
• Strong communication skills.
• Existing relationships with modern trade accounts is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
