Job summary

Mamee-Double Decker (M) Sdn Bhd in Tangerang invites a results-driven Sales Manager to manage Buyers and Outlet PICs for Key Accounts and MTI within the assigned territory, and to develop plans to improve product visibility.

You will conduct business reviews, coordinate with Marketing for promotions, launches and distributions, lead a team of Merchandisers, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and propose cost-saving sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field, or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Maintain good working relationships with Account PICs and Buyers.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Buyers and Outlet PICs for Key Accounts and MTI within the assigned territory.
• Conduct Business Reviews and develop improvement plans for operational execution and product visibility at Key Account and MTI outlets within the assigned territory.
• Develop Sales Plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct competitor evaluation and analysis to develop promotional strategies, distribution plans, and merchandising activities at outlets.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to implement promotional plans, new product launches, and sales strategies.
• Coordinate with distributors in implementing promotional programs and evaluating sales targets.
• Prepare Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports.
• Manage and allocate work among subordinates (Team Leaders and Merchandisers), while ensuring compliance with company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct market visits to accounts, both at Head Office and within the assigned territory.
• Propose promotional programs and activities to the Marketing team and/or immediate superior.
• Propose and implement improvements and cost-saving initiatives related to product sales and distribution.
