Galderma is seeking a result-oriented professional to drive and grow the aesthetic business in Indonesia. You will develop and execute Injectable Aesthetic business plans to ensure profitability.

Key responsibilities include managing sales growth targets, expanding brand visibility, and negotiating with assigned accounts. A bachelor’s degree in science and 2+ years in medical devices/pharmacy are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in any science field or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical devices or pharmacy, handling customer/accounts.
• Experience in trade operations or marketing is a plus.

Purpose of The Position

To drive and grow the aesthetic business in Indonesia and to be responsible for developing and executing Injectable Aesthetic business plans to help ensure profitability of company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and is responsible for sales growth targets with the assigned accounts
• Responsible for the profitability and growth of the assigned accounts
• Manage and develop accounts through joint business planning and execution of marketing & promotional plan
• Conduct negotiations with assigned accounts and implement trade promotion cycle strategies
• Achieve high brand visibility and full distribution of Galderma's portfolio of products in assigned accounts
• Quarterly business review/meetings with assigned accounts to build rapport and obtain market insights
• Manage total trade spend in assigned accounts to target investment levels

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any science field or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience ideally in medical devices or pharmacy, managing customer/ account with special focus on injectables aesthetic products.
• Experience in trade operations and category development or marketing is an advantage.
• Strong selling demonstrated by good negotiation skills, strategic planning.
