Galderma is seeking a result-oriented professional to drive and grow the aesthetic business in Indonesia. You will develop and execute Injectable Aesthetic business plans to ensure profitability.

Key responsibilities include managing sales growth targets, expanding brand visibility, and negotiating with assigned accounts. A bachelor’s degree in science and 2+ years in medical devices/pharmacy are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in any science field or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in medical devices or pharmacy, handling customer/accounts.
• Experience in trade operations or marketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales growth and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Grow brand visibility and distribution of Galderma products.
• Lead joint business planning and execution of marketing/promotional plans.
• Negotiate with accounts and manage trade promotions.
