Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Product Specialist to drive OTC and prescription product strategies within the Semarang region. You will develop channel plans, build strong relationships with key accounts and KOLs, and support partners with essential information to enhance marketing effectiveness.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in consumer OTC or therapeutic pharmaceutical sales, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong presentation and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in consumer OTC or therapeutic pharmaceutical sales with focus on healthcare products.
• Bachelor’s Degree as listed.
• Good presentation skills and product knowledge; ability to analyze and report.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for OTC and prescription products and manage activities of assigned channels to hit sales targets.
• Develop and implement a business/sales plan for assigned channels.
• Manage relationships with Key Accounts and KOLs to align with company objectives.
• Provide channels partners with support and information to drive marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecasts for partners.

This role will be work closely in alignment with HCP Sales Manager and showing strong commitment to drive Business Excellence journey through improvement of process, system, and execution in their territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Specialist for OTC and prescriptions product and is primarily responsible for developing product strategy and managing the activities of assigned channels, to achieve targeted sales and profit
• Develop and implement a business/ sales plan for assigned channels
• Actively manage the relationship of Key Accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Provides channels partners with the support & information needed to facilitate their commercial and marketing effectiveness.
• Prepare and participate in business reviews/ forecasts for partner to ensure

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience ideally in consumer OTC or therapeutic pharmaceutical sales with special focus on healthcare products.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Medicine, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing, Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Good presentation skill (Product Knowledge & Product Selling), Meticulous, Operate Ms. Office well (Analyze & Report)
• High level of energy and an aptitude to manage a complex external environment.
