Job summary

PT Fujitec Indonesia in Surabaya is seeking a motivated and organized Sales/Key Account Executive to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth. You will pursue sales targets, manage spare parts and maintenance contracts, and address customer inquiries with a target-driven approach.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with GPA ≥ 3.0, at least 2 years in sales/KAE, strong Indonesian and English communication, and excellent problem-solving skills under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with GPA ≥ 3.0.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales/Key Account Executive.
• Good communication and negotiation skills with a target orientation.
• Good Indonesian & English communication (written & spoken).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze & solve complex problems.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and serve the customer to achieve established sales targets & management objectives
