Job summary

Ruangguru for Business is seeking an Academic Coordinator to ensure consistent quality across all branches in the territory and to support the operational rollout of K12 programs. You will oversee branch teams, ensure teacher fulfilment for scheduled classes, and coach staff to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in academic coordination or education operations in K12.
• Experience managing programs across multiple classes or branches.
• Strong understanding of K12 program management and quality assurance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
