Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Medan seeks an Academic Operations Coordinator to ensure consistent quality across branches and oversee K12 program implementation.

You will supervise branch teams, support teacher fulfillment, and liaise between headquarters and regional teams to align programs. Travel within the territory may be required. You will also coach staff and drive performance improvements across branches to sustain high learning standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in academic coordination or education operations in K12.
• Experience managing academic programs across multiple classes or branches.
• Strong understanding of learning quality assurance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across regions.

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of K12 academic program management and learning quality assurance
• Ability to coordinate and supervise cross-functional teams, including Student Advisors, MT Coaches, and Admin staff
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge central academic teams and regional operations
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational or academic issues and propose effective solutions
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working in education institutions, tutoring centers, or edtech environments
• Experience in team coaching, performance monitoring, or operational improvement initiatives
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory when required
