Agate in Bandung offers a paid internship in operations within a game development environment. You will assist in monitoring workflows, document SOPs, and support scheduling, resource and asset management, as well as team communication and task allocation.

You will handle External Developer recruitment using ATS and automation, prepare admin and financial documents, and collaborate with Studio Directors to support projects and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Interest in operational management with growth mindset.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in monitoring and improving studio workflows and documenting SOPs.
• Support end-to-end operational processes including scheduling and resource management.
• Handle recruitment for External Developers using ATS and automation.
• Prepare administrative and financial docs like MSA, PO, LoA, PKS and invoices.
• Collaborate with Studio Directors to support projects and reporting.
