KitaLulus is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support end-to-end talent sourcing for client partners. You will locate candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and creative sourcing, then engage and screen them to assess potential fit for roles.

Hone your ability to engage with professionals across levels, from junior developers to C-suite executives, while maintaining a high-energy, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Use LinkedIn, specialized databases, and creative sourcing methods to find candidates who aren't even looking for a job.
• Reach out to potential candidates and "sell" the vision of our client partners.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess if a candidate has the "right stuff" beyond just a resume.
• Keep our database clean and ensure no great candidate falls through the cracks.
• Research industries to understand who the movers and shakers are in specific sectors.

Job Requirements:
