ADI Resourcing is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our Jakarta team. This role focuses on full cycle IT recruitment from sourcing to offer, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT recruitment, strong English and Bahasa Indonesia written and spoken, and excellent sourcing and interviewing skills to attract top tech talent.

• Excellent ability to manage diverse stakeholders and priorities.

Experience: 2+ years into IT recruitment
English - Should be able to speak and understand !!

• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing, and offering candidates, either in an in-house, agency or RPO environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build strong relationships at different levels within an organization
• Strong organisation skills, and the ability to delegate, where applicable, certain aspects of the recruitment process i.e. interview scheduling and sourcing
• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Expert in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring techniques
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Experience and ability to navigate ambiguity and priorities different needs and plans to accommodate a broad range of stakeholders and responsibilities
• Must have good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
