Job summary

PT TORISHIMA SERVICES INDONESIA is searching for a Jr. Spv Procurement to join our team in Cikarang. You will handle procurement of goods and services for production and projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery in line with our procedures.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years in purchasing, familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and strong communication in English and Japanese.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement; fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience in purchasing and import is preferred.
Experience using SAP is required.
Proficient in MS Office and internet.
Fluent in English and Japanese (written and verbal).
Good communication and cooperation; meticulous, innovative, agile.

Responsibilities

Procurement/purchase of goods/services for production needs, especially for ME, Trading or Turbine projects, following procedures.
Ensure procurement meets quality and time requirements for project and operations.
Monitor and ensure delivery schedules with vendors per mutual agreements.
Coordinate with related departments/users in purchasing process.
Monitor goods flow at MM2100 Warehouse and ensure proper distribution.
Manage procurement documents in line with procedures and laws.
Meet the KRA targets set by the Company.
Implement HSE programs and participate in company-wide HSE initiatives.
