Job summary

PT TORISHIMA SERVICES INDONESIA is searching for a Jr. Spv Procurement to join our team in Cikarang. You will handle procurement of goods and services for production and projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery in line with our procedures.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, at least 3 years in purchasing, familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and strong communication in English and Japanese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience in purchasing and import is preferred.
• Experience using SAP is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet.
• Fluent in English and Japanese (written and verbal).
• Good communication and cooperation; meticulous, innovative, agile.

Responsibilities

• Procurement/purchase of goods/services for production needs, especially for ME, Trading or Turbine projects, following procedures.
• Ensure procurement meets quality and time requirements for project and operations.
• Monitor and ensure delivery schedules with vendors per mutual agreements.
• Coordinate with related departments/users in purchasing process.
• Monitor goods flow at MM2100 Warehouse and ensure proper distribution.
• Manage procurement documents in line with procedures and laws.
• Meet the KRA targets set by the Company.
• Implement HSE programs and participate in company-wide HSE initiatives.

Requirements

Min. Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Min 3 years experiences in Purchasing / Procurement, Fresh Graduate are welcome

Experience in purchasing and import

Have experience in using SAP

Mastering the Ms. Office and Internet Well

Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and verbal

Good Communication and Cooperation, Meticulous, Innovative, Agile

Responsibilities

Procurement/Purchase of goods/services for production needs, especially for ME, Trading or Turbine project in accordance with the stages regulated in the procedure.

Ensure that the procurement of goods and services for project and operational requirements in accordance with quality and time requirements.

Monitor and ensure that all goods delivery schedules can be fulfilled by the Vendor in accordance with mutual agreements.

Coordinate with related departments/users in the process of purchasing goods

Monitor all incoming and outgoing goods activities at the MM2100 Warehouse and ensure that the goods distribution process is carried out properly.

Manage all documents regulated in purchasing procedures and other laws related to procurement of goods/services.

Can meet the KRA (Key Result Area) target given by the Company

Able to implement the HSE program in the work environment in accordance with procedures and actively participate in the overall HSE program launched by the Company.
