Job summary

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a HSEQ professional in Balikpapan to support assurance programs, conduct inspections, and maintain performance data. The role requires 3+ years in HSEQ and fluent English, with a strong focus on compliance and reporting.

You will assist in incident investigations, participate in audits, and help drive safety improvements while ensuring proper documentation across all activities. This is a fixed-term contract aligned with project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSEQ, Quality, Inspection, Audit, Operations, or Assurance activities.
• Basic understanding of HSEQ management systems, audits, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Having Valid KTP ( Indonesia ID )

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of HSEQ assurance programs and compliance verification activities.
• Conduct routine inspections, observations, and field monitoring.
• Collect, compile, and maintain HSEQ performance data.
• Assist in preparing HSEQ reports, audit records, and compliance documentation.
• Support incident investigations and tracking of corrective actions.
• Monitor close-out of findings and action items.
• Participate in audits, assessments, and safety improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all assigned activities.
