1. Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HSEQ, Quality, Inspection, Audit, Operations, or Assurance activities.
3. Basic understanding of HSEQ management systems, audits, and risk assessment methodologies.
4. Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
6. Fluent in written and spoken English.
7. Having Valid KTP ( Indonesia ID )
1. Support implementation of HSEQ assurance programs and compliance verification activities.
2. Conduct routine inspections, observations, and field monitoring.
3. Collect, compile, and maintain HSEQ performance data.
4. Assist in preparing HSEQ reports, audit records, and compliance documentation.
5. Support incident investigations and tracking of corrective actions.
6. Monitor close-out of findings and action items.
7. Participate in audits, assessments, and safety improvement initiatives.
8. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all assigned activities.
