You will daily review key collection indicators for reporting to the Collection Director, perform productivity analyses, develop understanding of collection processes, conduct in-depth portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Minimum 2 years in Collection, data analysis, lending, or related fields in a financial institution.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or a statistical tool such as SAS.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Conversational English is a must.
• Strong leadership and the ability to manage people.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily review key collection indicators and provide highlights to the Collection Director.
• Perform regular analysis on agent productivity metrics.
• Develop understanding of collection processes to address related issues.
• Conduct in-depth analysis on the collection portfolio and provide improvement recommendations.
• Perform monthly inventory planning to ensure collection capacity.
• Provide assistance for collection managers on tools and system support.
• Actively participate in collection system enhancements.
