Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Circulating documents to management to facilitate approvals (e.g., contract extensions, manpower planning, vendor partnerships).
• Directing, supervising, and coordinating General Support Collection operations to meet SLA targets.
• Calculating and coordinating manpower fulfillment for the Collection team with HR.
• Monitoring workflow of Ops Support to ensure SLA and output quality.
• Serving as primary liaison between Collection users and Collection Vendors.
