The candidate will manage performance in a fast-paced collection operation, develop top performers, and ensure clear communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Proven collection operations management experience with a top Indonesian company with a track record of leading teams to strong results.
• Strong data sensitivity and analytical skills to quickly identify performance gaps and drive solutions.
• Hardworking, responsible, resilient, and highly execution-oriented; no tolerance for poor execution.
• Integrity is non-negotiable; no lying or misrepresenting data; report issues honestly.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate and report effectively in English in a professional environment.
• Strong frontline people-management, coaching, and execution capabilities in a high-target, fast-paced setup.

Responsibilities

• Drive team performance by managing TLs and frontline collection teams to meet targets and KPIs.
• Identify and develop high-performing employees and TLs while managing underperformers.
• Replicate best practices into SOPs, training materials, and scalable management methods.
• Improve team productivity through competitions, data analysis, coaching, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify issues related to performance, people, and processes; diagnose root causes and implement solutions.
• Regularly report team performance, staffing, and issues to Indonesia Operations Head and senior management in China.
