Job summary

PT Dwi Cermat Indonesia, Jakarta-based, seeks an experienced Collection Operations Supervisor to lead general support collection activities and ensure SLA attainment. You will drive reporting accuracy and supervise the collection team end-to-end.

You will coordinate manpower fulfillment with HR, manage vendor relationships, and monitor KPIs/SLAs to align operations with strategic goals. Proficiency in Excel and Google apps is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Google Docs.

• Directing, supervising, and coordinating all General Support Collection operations to meet SLA targets.
• Calculating and executing manpower fulfillment for the Collection team with HR.</br>
• Monitoring the workflow of the Ops Support team to ensure SLA compliance and report quality.
• Serving as the primary contact between Collection users and Collection Vendors to align goals.
• Formulating, finalizing, and monitoring KPIs and SLAs for Collection vendors.
• Overseeing the calculation of operational expenses and monthly invoices for Collection vendors, and processing payments.

Job description

• Circulating various documents to management to facilitate the approval process for items specified in those documents (e.g., contract extensions, manpower planning, vendor partnerships, etc.).


• Directing, supervising, and coordinating all General Support Collection operations to ensure the achievement of administrative, reporting, and support SLA targets in accordance with established quality standards.


• Calculating and executing the manpower fulfillment process for the Collection team in coordination with the HR team.


• Monitoring the workflow of the Ops Support team to ensure compliance with expected standards regarding SLAs, output quality (reports, data entry, etc.), and the execution of Desk Collection IVR processes.


• Serving as the primary point of contact between Collection users and Collection Vendors to ensure the alignment of operational and strategic goals.


• Formulating, finalizing, and strictly monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Collection vendors.


• Overseeing the calculation of operational expenses and monthly invoices for Collection vendors based on performance data and contractual agreements, as well as processing and submitting payment requests within set deadlines.
