Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• 1–2 years of experience in a financial company.
• Vast network with local brands/retail merchants.
• Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Holds SIM A and C licenses and owns a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
• Provide merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
• Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost top-line metrics.
• Support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement with merchants.
• Identify, research and maintain relationships with merchants.
• Analyze market updates and develop sales programs based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity.
• Research ways to increase the value of our products for clients (missing features, improvements, client feedback).
• Create partnerships with brands, online merchants, payment gateways or other partners in the region.
• Understand both our product and partners' products to build successful partnerships.
• Prepare customized presentations for potential partners.
