Job summary

Cermati Fintech Group is seeking a Merchant Partnerships professional in Medan to acquire and manage local merchants, drive training on product knowledge and dashboards, and promote programs that boost top-line metrics.

You will identify potential partners, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to increase product value for merchants. A SIM A/C license and a personal vehicle are preferred, with strong negotiation and communication skills to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma Degree from any major.
• At least 1–2 Year(s) of working experience in financial company.
• Vast network in local brand / retail merchants preferred.
• Strong analytical in sales and performance monitoring.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Holding SIM A and C licenses and owning a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
• Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
• Dealing with merchants in order to support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement.
• Identify, research and maintain relationship with merchants.
• Analyzing market update, developing sales program based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity.
• Researching ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples : missing features,
• improvements, client feedback)
• In charge of creating partnerships with brand, online merchant, payment gateway or other partners in regional.
• Have a depth understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership.
• Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.
