Job summary

Cermati in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, is seeking a motivated Merchant Relations Specialist to acquire, liaise with, and support local merchants for Indodana. You will deepen merchant partnerships, train partners on product knowledge and dashboards, and drive programs to boost merchant performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in a financial company, a strong local merchant network, and proven negotiation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills in sales and performance monitoring.

• Must possess SIM A and SIM C licenses and own a personal vehicle.

Job description

• Acquire, liaise and maintain relationships with local merchants.
• Merchant training on Indodana product knowledge, merchant dashboard, and basic tax process.
• Propose and drive implementation for new and recurring merchant programs to boost company top line metrics.
• Dealing with merchants in order to support program promotion media communication placement and sales improvement.
• Identify, research and maintain relationship with merchants.
• Analyzingmarket update, developing sales program based on customer demand, business expansion, trends and competitor activity.
• Researching ways to increase the value of our products for our clients (examples : missing features,
• improvements, client feedback)
• In charge of creating partnerships with brand, online merchant, payment gateway or other partners in regional.
• Have a depth understanding of both our product and the partners' product in order to create a successful partnership.
• Prepare an interesting and accurate customized presentation to be presented to potential partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from any major
• At least 1-2Year(s) of working experience in financial company.
• Vast network in local brand /retail merchants preferred.
• Strong analytical in sales and performance monitoring.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Holding both a SIM A and C license and owning a personal vehicle.
