Job summary

Bolu Emosi Cinta is seeking a Junior Baker for a full-time on-site position based in Pondok Aren. You will assist with daily baking tasks, prep ingredients, mix batters and doughs, and bake cakes and pastries following our recipes and quality standards.

You will contribute to decorating, packaging, and maintaining a clean kitchen while adhering to food safety guidelines. Flexibility to work weekends or holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Basic baking knowledge and hands-on experience with mixing, baking, and decorating cakes or pastries.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures accurately.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
• Previous bakery or food production experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Role Description The Junior Baker is a full-time, on-site role based in Pondok Aren. The Junior Baker helps with decorating and packaging baked goods, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of ingredients. The position also includes supporting inventory checks, following food safety guidelines, and collaborating with the baking team to meet production schedules and customer orders.

Qualifications

• Basic baking knowledge and hands‑on experience with mixing, baking, and decorating cakes or pastries.
