Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim, a dessert shop dedicated to exceptional taste and consistent, high-quality homemade products, is seeking a dedicated baking professional to join our production team in Indonesia. Produce and bake brownies and pastries strictly according to company recipes and quality standards.

You will maintain mise en place, uphold cleanliness and sanitation, and perform quality checks before packaging. Rotate shifts and manage inventory while contributing to a supportive work environment

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year experience as Baker, Pastry Cook, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques, oven operations, and precise measurement.
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Solid commitment to food hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Produce and bake brownies and other pastry items strictly according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Accurately and hygienically prepare all ingredients (mise en place).
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the kitchen area and equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Perform quality control checks on finished baked goods prior to packaging or display.
• Assist with raw material inventory management and report stock requirements on a regular basis.
