Khiri Travel Indonesia, part of Khiri Travel Group, is seeking a Jr Travel Designer to support the Sales Department in crafting tailor-made programs inspired by Lombok's culture, nature and heritage. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager and multiple teams to ensure high service standards and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents.

Responsibilities

• Provide travel information and advise alternatives to agents or direct bookings.
• Build long-term relationships with overseas partners and suppliers.
• Assist with transferring quotes to reservations or operations teams after confirmation.
• Coordinate with operations/reservations to ensure proper execution of tours.
• Assist with reservations and handle complaints and itinerary changes.
• Resolve service delivery issues and propose improvements.
• Organize agent masterfiles and maintain SOP knowledge.
• Assist in scheduling hotel, activity, and attraction inspections as instructed.

Job description

The Jr. Travel Designer plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Department in developing tailor made travel programs based on Khiri Signature program, also based on Lombok's culture, nature, and heritage. Along with Sales Manager, Jr. Travel Designer also supports maintaining good relationships with overseas agents, assists with problem-solving, and ensures high standards of service delivery. The Jr. Travel Designer collaborates closely with different teams and contributes to enhancing performance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide travel information, give suggestions and advice alternatives on travel requests to agents or direct bookings
• Build long-term relationships with overseas partners and suppliers with a personal touch
• Provide detailed transfer to reservations executive or operations executive after quotation has been confirmed
• Work in close coordination with operations/reservations executive and take ownership for proper execution of the tour
• Assist with reservations and customer relations matters where necessary, including complaints and itinerary changes
• Resolve complaints resulting from a breach of service delivery and propose measures of improvement or corrective actions
• Proactively signal and deal with any issues from agents, and answer questions or concerns regarding services, procedures or local status
• Organize agent's masterfile hard and soft copies folders in an orderly way, working closely with operations/reservations executive
• Set up inspection schedule to hotels, activities, and attractions as needed with Branch Manager or General Manager instruction/approval
• Be fully knowledgeable on necessary SOPs, company standards, and sustainability standards
