Job summary

EXO Travel Indonesia is an inbound tour operator offering a range of travel experiences through a network of international partners. This role involves coordinating with overseas agents to craft accurate itineraries and proposals, and arranging reservations with local suppliers to ensure seamless client service.

You will work with the Operations team to deliver top-notch experiences, report sales in Tour plan software, and support the company’s inbound processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Open for Fresh Graduate or 1 year of inbound tour operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with overseas travel agents and partners to provide travel information.
• Advise and create itineraries for tour operators and travel agents.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and reconfirm bookings with overseas agents.
• Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels as needed.
• Work with Operations to deliver optimal service to clients on the ground.
• Issue invoices in due time and assist accounting with payments.
• Ensure all sales are reported in Tour plan software for sales reports.

Job description

This role involves corresponding with overseas travel agents and partners to provide accurate, up-to-date travel information, advising on travel itineraries, and creating quotations and proposals for tour operators and travel agents. You will make reservations with local suppliers and hotels, work with the Operations team to deliver optimal service to clients, and ensure all sales are reported in Tour plan software.

Key responsibilities

Correspond with overseas travel agents and partners and provide accurate, up-to-date and correct travel information

Advise, create outlines and travel itineraries for tour operators and travel agents

Make quotations and proposals and reconfirm bookings with overseas agents

Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels if needed

Understand existing and new products offered by the company to fit client requirements

Work with the Operations team to deliver optimal service to clients on the ground

Issue invoices in due time and assist accounting department with regard to payment

Ensure all sales are reported in Tour plan software for sales reports

Ensure company standards and Inbound processes are followed

Strive to achieve a high ratio of conversions versus enquiries

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or other related field

Good command of written and spoken English

Open for Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year of experience in Inbound Tour Operations or related field

Good attitude, well organized, hardworking, with the ability to work as part of a team
