The candidate will collaborate with surgeons, hospital admins, distributors, and internal teams to ensure strong clinical and commercial outcomes, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience, orthopedics preferred.
• English proficiency is an advantage; OR support experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Willingness to work in operating rooms and to travel on business.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow market share in assigned accounts.
• Account management: acquire new customers and maintain relationships.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Become a SME of company products to support surgery and customer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to run educational programs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
