Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 2-5 years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (orthopedics preferred).
• English proficiency and OR support experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to work in operating rooms and travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and territory objectives.
• Develop territory plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow market share in assigned accounts.
• Account management: acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Become a SME (Subject Matter Expert) of company's products to support the surgery and customer education.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to execute educational programs and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM records, and submit timely business reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations in all commercial activities.
