Job summary

PT Baramutiara Prima (BMP), part of the Gunung Sewu Group, seeks an experienced supervisor to oversee coal loading and unloading at the jetty in South Sumatra. You will monitor barge movements, coordinate with shipping agents and barge owners, and perform draught survey calculations to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Marine, Port & Shipping Management, at least 3 years in the coal mining sector, and STS operations familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marine, Port & Shipping Management.
• Minimum 3 years in coal mining industry.
• Experience in coal loading/unloading operations.
• Knowledge of barge draught survey calculations.
• STS operations experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Willing to be placed in Musi Banyuasin.

Responsibilities

• Supervise coal loading/unloading at jetty per targets.
• Monitor barge movement and coordinate with shipping agents and barge owners.
• Conduct draught survey calculations.
• Ensure SOP/compliance with regulations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly barge reports.
• Support transshipment/STS transfer activities at Teluk Kemang and TEI Rimau.
