Job summary

Baramulti Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced Operation Sub Section Head to oversee daily mining activities, stockpile management, and equipment utilization.

You will ensure safety standards, environmental management, and timely reporting to the Section Head, with placement in Pali, South Sumatra.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in managing mining operations, stockpile, and hauling activities.
• POP / POM certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control daily/weekly mining activities in accordance with the Mine Plan.
• Manage stockpile operations, material rehandling, and coal quality to meet targets.
• Optimize heavy equipment utilization to achieve production targets.
• Ensure the implementation of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards and environmental management in mining areas.
• Evaluate productivity, mine road conditions, drainage, and disposal areas, and implement improvements.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational reports to the Section Head.
