Job summary

PT Baramutiara Prima (BMP) is seeking a Mine Planner to develop and manage daily to monthly mining activity plans, ensuring safety and alignment with annual production targets. You will coordinate with contractors to execute plans and forecast production under varying conditions.

The role requires Minescape/Minex experience, strong analytical skills, and effective communication. Willingness to relocate to Musi Banyuasin is expected.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering
• At least 3 Year experience in Mining Industry
• Experience using Mine Planning software (e.g. Minescape, Minex, Mapinfo)
• Proficient in Minex, Minescape, and Office (Excel Intermediate)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Persistent, Enthusiastic, Dare, Good leadership, Able working in team, Good in communication

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly plan of mining activity (excel & map) according to the safety aspect and yearly or budget production plan of Management
• Coordinate with the contractors for ensuring the plan is executed properly and inline with the plan
• Prepare forecast production to predict and anticipate the worst conditions or obstacles which should be managed
• Coordinate meeting periodically to related parties for communicating, socialize, and control the plans
• Actively participate to the company program related safety, environment, cost reduction etc. for increasing the level of employees and company

Job description

Responsible for preparing mine production plans, forecasting operational risks, coordinating contractors, and participating in continuous improvement programs to support the MTD Department headcount expansion.

Key responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly plan of mining activity (excel & map) according to the safety aspect and yearly or budget production plan of Management

Coordinate with the contractors for ensuring the plan is executed properly and inline with the plan

Prepare forecast production to predict and anticipate the worst conditions or obstacles which should be managed

Coordinate meeting periodically to related parties for communicating, socialize, and control the plans

Actively participate to the company program related safety, environment, cost reduction etc. for increasing the level of employees and company

Qualificaions:

Adequate knowledge of a range of sciences and their applications

Minimum POP certified and Certified by software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willing to be placed in Musi Banyuasin
