Job summary

ATI Business Group seeks a Japanese-speaking operations specialist to support data-driven processes, documentation, and coordination across business activities.

You will verify and record transactions, maintain records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1–N4) and CEFR B2 English is required, with a rotating roster including overnights, weekends, and public holidays based in BSD and/or Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any major.
• Professional Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1–N4) is required.
• CEFR English proficiency level CEFR B2 or above.
• Willing to work rotating roster including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to be based in BSD and/or Jakarta.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify, process, and record business transactions and operational requests accurately and within service levels.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation with data accuracy and integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up with stakeholders.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally within turnaround times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily business and operational activities.
• Perform data validation, record checking, and administrative tasks for operational accuracy and compliance.
• Support ad hoc back-office activities and contribute to process improvements.
• Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service targets.
