Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia seeks a Japanese-speaking Operation Manager for an Indonesian client, a Japanese LPK company. You will oversee daily operations, develop understanding of internship programs, and coordinate training and administrative activities to ensure a high-quality trainee experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, business-level Japanese and English with JLPT N2, at least 3 years managing LPK operations, strong leadership, and excellent coordination. English CVs only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Business Japanese and English proficiency, JLPT N2.
• Min. 3 years of experience as Operation Manager managing and handling LPK.
• Strong understanding of operational and administrative processes.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities effectively.
• Proven leadership with good communication and coordination skills.
• CV in English only.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of LPK to ensure smooth and efficient activities.
• Develop deep understanding of LPK operations and processes, focusing on internship and technical intern programs.
• Coordinate training, administrative, and operational activities for consistent trainee experience.
• Collaborate with head office, sending organization vendors, instructors, and stakeholders for program coordination.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to select suitable candidates for trainee and internship programs.
• Monitor trainee development and performance with instructors, emphasizing housekeeping training.
• Ensure trainees demonstrate required skills, discipline, attitude, and competencies before program progression.
• Address operational challenges proactively and implement timely solutions.
• Prepare regular reports and provide updates to head office on LPK operations, training activities, and trainee progress.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with trainees, instructors, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve LPK operations, training quality, and program effectiveness.
