Job summary

ATI Business Group is seeking a Purchasing Associate to support day-to-day purchasing operations, including creating and processing purchase orders, reviewing documentation, and maintaining records. The role requires coordination with internal teams and international stakeholders, with on-site work in BSD, South Tangerang or Central Jakarta, and a rotating shift schedule.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of purchasing or related experience, a finance/accounting degree, and strong English

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of purchasing/procurement/finance/administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• C1-level English proficiency, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders with complete supporting documents.
• Review and reconcile PO information against records to resolve discrepancies.
