• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years in retail operations or store management, preferably in home appliances or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to achieve retail sales targets and manage overall store performance.
• Experience leading sales teams and driving performance to meet business objectives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management.
• Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory, and store admin.
• Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance with organizational and decision-making skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; travel to multiple Jakarta stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth business execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize productivity and sales.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and premium customer experience.
• Oversee displays, merchandising, store cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• Manage inventory levels, stock movements and replenishment with relevant departments.
• Prepare operational, sales performance, and store activity reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure SOPs, pricing policies, and campaigns are followed.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with Area Managers.
• Conduct regular team meetings, product knowledge sessions, and sales training.
