Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth business execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through planning and coaching.
• Supervise and develop the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor KPIs and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Ensure premium customer service and visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment across store.
• Prepare operational and sales reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure SOPs, pricing policies and promotions are followed.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with regions.
