PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations in Jakarta, ensuring sales targets, high service standards, and strong team performance. The role requires leading a store team, driving KPIs, and maintaining a premium brand experience.

You will manage merchandising, inventory, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with Area Managers to meet business objectives. The position is based on-site in Jakarta with weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–5 years in retail operations or store management.
Experience achieving retail sales targets.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the assigned store to ensure smooth business execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through planning, coaching and performance management.
Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize productivity and sales performance.
Monitor KPIs and provide regular coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
Ensure excellent customer service and deliver a premium customer experience.
Oversee product displays, merchandising standards, store cleanliness and visual presentation.
Coordinate inventory levels and stock replenishment with relevant departments.
Prepare operational and sales reports accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, pricing policies, and promotions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
