MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury fashion boutique in South Jakarta. You will drive sales, manage the boutique team, and ensure premium customer experiences aligned with luxury standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of luxury retail management experience, strong leadership and clienteling skills, and a proven ability to meet KPIs while maintaining exceptional service in premium mall environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major.
3–5 years luxury retail management experience, preferably in fashion, handbags or accessories.
Proven track record in sales leadership, clienteling, and delivering premium customer experiences.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily boutique operations and ensure excellent luxury customer service standards.
Drive store sales performance and achieve KPIs including Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, and customer retention.
Build strong customer relationships through luxury clienteling strategies.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards.
Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
Manage staff scheduling, recruitment support, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock management, and after-sales service quality.
Coordinate store reporting and operational matters with head office teams.
