MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a luxury fashion boutique in South Jakarta, Indonesia. You will drive sales, manage a high-performing team, and ensure premium customer experiences that align with luxury brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, clienteling know-how, and a proven track record in luxury fashion or premium accessories, with the ability to optimize store KPIs and deliver exceptional service in a premium mall environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any major.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management, particularly within luxury fashion, handbags, or accessories brands.
Strong experience in sales management, customer engagement, and retail operations.

Responsibilities

Lead daily boutique operations and ensure excellent luxury customer service standards.
Drive store sales performance and achieve KPIs including Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, and customer retention.
Build strong customer relationships through luxury clienteling strategies.
Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand standards.
Lead, coach, and develop store staff to achieve sales and service excellence.
Manage staff scheduling, recruitment support, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Oversee inventory accuracy, stock management, and after-sales service quality.
Coordinate store reporting and operational matters with head office teams.
