Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the daily retail operations at a Jakarta store, ensuring top-line sales, premium customer experience, and strict adherence to SOPs.

You will supervise sales staff, drive performance through coaching, manage inventory and merchandising, and coordinate with area managers to meet targets while maintaining the brand’s premium image. Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years in retail operations or store management.
• Proven experience achieving retail sales targets.
• Experience leading sales teams and coaching staff.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth business execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through coaching and planning.
• Supervise and develop the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor KPIs, provide feedback, and conduct evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and premium experience.
• Oversee merchandising, displays, cleanliness, and visuals.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate replenishments.
• Prepare and present sales and store activity reports.
• Ensure SOPs, pricing policies, and promotions are followed.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with Area Managers to support objectives.
• Conduct regular product knowledge sessions and training.
