Job summary

MatchaTalent is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily retail operations across Jakarta locations. You will drive sales targets, oversee merchandising, inventory, and a high-performing team while upholding premium brand standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail management, strong leadership and customer service skills, and willingness to work weekends and holidays in a dynamic home appliances environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
• Experience in home appliances, consumer electronics, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall daily operations of the assigned retail store to ensure smooth business execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through planning, coaching, and performance management.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize productivity and sales performance.
• Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, feedback and performance evaluations.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Oversee product displays, merchandising standards, store cleanliness, and visual presentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
• Prepare operational reports, sales performance reports, and store activity reports on time.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, procedures, pricing policies, and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and internal departments to support objectives and improvements.
• Conduct regular team meetings and product knowledge sessions.
