Job summary

PT Xinyi Trading Group is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth in Jakarta. You will identify new customers, build strong relationships with clients and distributors, and recommend robotics solutions aligned with customer needs.

In this role you will meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, collaborate with the technical team for demos and site assessments, and deliver compelling proposals to win opportunities in a competitive market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
Minimum 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
Fluency in English mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and target-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, visits, or networking.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision makers.
Understand customer operational needs and recommend suitable robotics solutions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales KPI.
Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide demonstrations, site assessments, and after-sales support.
Provide accurate product knowledge for customers.
Conduct product presentations, live demos, and solution proposals to customers.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.
Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and other inquiries.
