Job summary

Qualifications

• Skilled in industrial robotics, automation solutions, and the manufacturing market.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or industrial automation.
• Experience as a Sales Engineer, Sales Specialist, or Business Development professional with industrial robots or automation systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM tools, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
• Passionate about customer engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics or related technical field.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division.
• Achieve qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the designated market.
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and support cash collection and project management activities.
