PT Xinyi Trading Group is seeking a Business Development professional to drive growth in Jakarta. You will identify new customers, build strong relationships with clients and distributors, and recommend robotics solutions aligned with customer needs.

In this role you will meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, collaborate with the technical team for demos and site assessments, and deliver compelling proposals to win opportunities in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• Fluency in English mandatory; Mandarin is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and target-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience is preferred

Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
