Job summary

The Fred Hollows Foundation in Jakarta is seeking an Operations Officer to keep the country program running smoothly by coordinating logistics, procurement, and office operations. This hands-on role requires strong organisation and attention to detail to support program delivery.

You will manage administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination, ensuring compliant, efficient operations that enable program teams to focus on eliminating avoidable blindness in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in business, management, or similar (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in operations, admin, logistics, or coordination.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset (NGO/INGO experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operational Administration & Logistics - Lead the coordination of travel, meetings, and field activities.
• Procurement & Vendor Support - Ensure transparency and value for money.
